1. General Principles on Digital Items
Sunday North Studio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) publishes completed, ready-to-use virtual materials, pre-compiled downloadable layout files, and standardised website user interface components.
Because the items supplied across this storefront are entirely digital and virtual in nature, they are allocated instantly to the Consumer via automated electronic distribution networks. Consequently, these items do not possess a physical carrier material and cannot be subject to standard postal return procedures or material restocking sequences. Therefore, except as expressly provided within this Policy, all completed transactions are considered final, non-retructable, and non-refundable.
2. Statutory Waiver of the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Region)
This provision operates in strict accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent trans-border consumer protection frameworks regulating the supply of virtual content that is not delivered on a tangible medium:
Immediate Performance: The generation of the order confirmation communication containing access coordinates or the extraction of the virtual asset from our infrastructure constitutes an immediate, total execution of performance by the Company.
Express Forfeiture: By completing a transaction on this storefront and consenting to the immediate provision of the digital files, the Consumer gives express prior acknowledgment that they voluntarily forfeit the statutory fourteen-day right to cancel the transaction or seek a refund under regional cooling-off regulations (無理由退貨權 / Right of Withdrawal). Once the digital delivery sequence commences or the file access link is dispatched, the contract is fulfilled, and no statutory right of reversal remains available.
3. Exceptional Circumstances under Review
While transactions are contractually final under Section 1, the Company remains dedicated to maintaining standard operational accuracy. A Consumer may formally file a request for an account credit or transaction adjustment strictly under the following certified conditions:
Corrupted Digital Asset: If the pre-compiled file delivered via our server infrastructure is proven to be structurally corrupted, corrupted upon download, or unreadable by standard standard computing software, and such issue is verified by our system logs.
Incongruent File Allocation: If the automated distribution system delivers a digital asset completely distinct from the specific item invoiced on the checkout confirmation summary.
To be considered for review, any such exceptional issue must be reported directly to our administrative team at search@searchbarcraftkit.com within forty-eight hours from the initial transaction timestamp.
4. Administrative Processing and Refusal Parameters
Every submitted refund application undergoes a neutral review by our internal compliance team:
Log Verification: The Company examines the automated server logs corresponding to the Consumer’s email identity and internet protocol identifier to verify link generation, download initiation, and bandwidth allocation.
Ineligible Scenarios: Refund requests based on personal preference changes, mistaken transactional inputs by the Consumer, local browser or software incompatibility outside our standard file specifications, or general buyer remorse will be systematically declined.
Settlement Execution: If an exceptional variance is validated under Section 3, the Company will process the financial credit using the identical payment channel employed during the checkout sequence. The processing window for such credits typically spans several business operating days, depending on localized banking schedules.
